Ray is the CEO  at Motus Music and his career spans over two decades, seamlessly blending technology with music in a multifaceted journey.

2010, Ray embarked on a transformative tenure with Reliable Source Music (RSM), a UK production music library. His trajectory within RSM was a crescendo, commencing as a Music Consultant in the sync department and ascending to the role of COO.
 
In 2016, Ray’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged as he established Motus Music, a flourishing UK music library.
 
Ray served on PRS for Music’s Production Music Advisory Group and refined licensing approaches. Within CISAC, he assumed a pivotal role in the CWR Working Group, driving the evolution of music data standards and underscoring his commitment to modernisation. 
 
Ray’s leadership manifests within the UK Music Publishers Association, where he assumes the Chair for the Production Music Strategic Forum. He provides sage counsel on crucial strategies and industry dynamics in this capacity.

Simultaneously, his directorship at the IPMG reflects his global perspective as he addresses the intricate international dimensions of the Production Music arena.
