Sarah Patching is VP, Creative Synch Europe at Extreme Music.

Sarah has worked whithin production music since 2005, beginning her career as a marketing assistant at independent music library de Wolfe Music. Building relationships with clients including broadcasters, TV production companies, trailer houses and Ad Agencies, Sarah gained experience in music supervision and licensing.

Since 2007 she has been with Extreme Music, the production music arm of Sony Music Publishing. Her role at Extreme has grown over the last 17 years from Sync Executive to VP of Creative Sync for Europe. She is now responsible for the European Sync team’s strategy and driving new business opportunities.
